ABOUT OUR LISTINGS

We have over 30 fully-furnished rentals in buildings that we own and manage in the Western Suburbs of Chicago (Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park and LaGrange). Our inventory includes 1-bedroom and 2- bedroom apartments and a few studio apartments. We also have one 3-bedroom 2- bathroom apartment (located in La Grange). Each apartment is fully furnished including the kitchen. Each comes with 1 parking space and we can sometimes accommodate a 2nd car. Some of the units have in-unit washer and dryer. Otherwise we have a laundry room in the building. Most of the apartments have a dishwasher. On a case-by-case basis we will allow pets.
