OUR PRICING AND FEES

PRICING (NIGHTLY RATE): Since we only offer rentals of 30 nights or longer our units are priced at our best rate. Generally the furnished studios are approximately $2,250 per month; furnished 1-bedroom apartments are approximately $2,500 per month; and furnished 2-bedroom apartments are approximately $2,750 per month. During the summer months (May-September) the prices INCREASE by $250 per month. During the winter months (January through March) these prices DECREASE by $250 per month. The prices shown in our availability calendar are generally correct. Please note that we charge a nightly rate so the monthly price will vary depending on the number of days in a given month. PRICING (OTHER CHARGES): Cleaning Fee: 1 time charge of $99 Security Deposit: $1000 Pet Fee: $125 Additional Cleaning and Inspection Charge $99 per month: If you are staying for longer than 30 nights, we require a monthly cleaning paid by the guest. This is a light clean (not a deep clean). We will change the bedding and towels, clean the bathroom and kitchen, and dust and vacuum. This is MANDATORY. The charge is paid by the guest in advance of each month’s cleaning.
