BOOKING DIRECTLY VS. AIRBNB

You can book with Airbnb or book directly with Guest Nest Furnished Stays (this site). Airbnb will charge a service fee which is often in excess of 12% of the cost of the reservation. And, they will sometimes charge a sales tax on top of the service fee. If you book directly with Guest Nest Furnished Stays there will be no service fee. Additionally, you will not pay taxes if the reservation is 30 nights or longer. That being said, if you are more comfortable booking with Airbnb – please do so. We encourage you to proceed with which ever method you are most comfortable with.
